We enjoyed our stay, but the shower flooded the bathroom, and the breakfast was just basic stuff. On the plus side, the staff were super friendly and helped with everything we needed.

perfectly situated near cafes and parks for city explorations
I had a wonderful time here, with easy access to local cafes like The Happy Frog just steps away and Buak Hard Public Park only a short stroll from my room, perfect for a relaxing afternoon in nature after discovering the nearby landmarks.

Does it deliver?
Fantastic location! Peaceful yet close to many eateries. Staff are true gems, always ready to help. The pool is open late, making it an ideal spot to unwind after a day of exploring.
Bathroom design needs improvement. the shower tended to flood. Basic breakfast options left me wanting more. a little variety would be nice.

Welcoming and helpful staff made the stay enjoyable.
The bathroom stayed wet due to a poorly designed shower, and the curtains did not block out light adequately, making the room too bright in the morning. I found that I had to request room cleaning with a sign, which was inconvenient. Finally, the pool was not in usable condition during my stay.

The hotel is located in a tranquil area within the old town, allowing easy access to local cafes and markets. Free coffee and tea at reception was a delightful perk that I appreciated every morning.
I found that the air conditioning was somewhat inadequate, leaving the room warmer than I would have liked, especially during the day.

we had a great time at nanya hotel! the location in the old town is super convenient, and the staff are so friendly and helpful. loved the little breakfast bar with tea, coffee, and toast, it really starts the day off right. the beds were comfy and the room was pretty decent for the price. we even got to explore some yummy local cafes nearby.
but the air conditioning was kinda weak, so the room got a bit warm during the day. plus, the shower design could use some work as the bathroom got wet sometimes.

I truly enjoyed my stay at Nanya Hotel Chiang Mai. The location is delightful, down a quiet lane in the old town, making it peaceful yet still close to charming local cafes. The staff were incredibly welcoming and always ready to assist with anything I needed.
Bathroom curtains could be improved.

The standard double room was comfortable, albeit a bit warm due to weak air conditioning. The shower design was less than ideal, often leaving the bathroom floor wet and making for a slippery experience. The hotel’s pool appeared small and needed some cleaning, which detracted from its appeal. enjoying a cool cottage cheese snack after a long day was a highlight, and the location was conveniently quiet yet close to many local cafes and markets.

It was a proper fit for a short stay in Chiang Mai with great value. Free coffee and tea at reception was a nice touch. Try to get a room that doesn't face the sun to stay cooler.
